About

Hi, I’m Danielle. I’m an artist and maker who loves creating things with my hands. I work across a variety of mediums including illustration, painting, graphic design and textiles. I’m always interested in learning new materials and techniques.

Before shifting into a hands-on creative career, I spent 10 years as a user experience designer. My digital skills include Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Procreate and content management systems. That background gave me a strong foundation in visual communication, attention to detail and creative problem-solving.

I’m currently in the second year of an MFA program in Costume Design, where I’m expanding my skills in theatrical costumes, craft and fabrication. I especially enjoy recreating objects, figuring out how things are made and turning ideas into something tangible.

My style tends to be a mix of spooky, nostalgic, whimsical and kitschy. I was born in Salem, Massachusetts under a full moon, so my love of Halloween, witchy aesthetics, tarot and all things magical feels pretty inevitable. I’m also inspired by space, vintage treasures, Dolly Parton and anything with a little sparkle or personality. I also have a black cat named Eleanor and a three legged schnauzer mix named Lucy.
